1. Virginplastics.com has a cancellation and refund policy. However Vertex Plaseco Enterprises reserves the right to accept or reject the cancellation request.
2. Vertex Plaseco Enterprises shall not be liable, held responsible nor considered as a party in default for any delay in delivery of product/s due to any unforeseen circumstances which are beyond the control of Vertex Plaseco Enterprises or its affiliates and without its fault or negligence, but not limited to, acts of God, war, riots, embargoes, strikes, lockouts, Covid-19, acts of any Government authority, delays in obtaining licenses or rejection of applications under the Statutes, failure of telephone connections or power failure, fire, floods or natural calamity.
3. In event of replacement, the replacement product will not be shipped out to the customer unless, we receive the earlier shipped product which is to be replaced. The customer may also be asked to return the product and bear any charges incurred for the shipment of the same. Decision on replacement and reimbursement of return shipping charges lies solely with Vertex Plaseco Enterprises.
4. In case you ('Customer') wish to cancel the order placed on Virginplastics.com, the Order shall be eligible for cancellation if its status is "Payment Done". In case your Order status is "Processing", "Processed" or "Shipped", cancellation and return of the Order shall be possible at the discretion of Vertex Plaseco Enterprises for which you shall raise a cancellation request at sales@virginplastics.com, along with Order ID and the valid reason, deemed by Vertex Plaseco Enterprises, for cancellation or return.
5. Once the cancellation request is raised by you, Vertex Plaseco Enterprises shall check whether the Order is eligible for cancellation. In case the Order is accepted for cancellation, Vertex Plaseco Enterprises shall cancel the Order at its end and refund the amount to you as per the Refund Policy.
6. Cancellation right does not apply in the case of any "Cut To Size", made-to-measure, custom-made or customised products or other products excluded under these regulations.
7. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email to sales@virginplastics.com. You may wish to keep a copy or note of your cancellation notification for your own records.  Your cancellation is effective from the date you email us to notify us of your cancellation.
8. It is the customers responsibility to be present at the delivery address and at the time of delivery of the order. If undelivered and returned back to Vertex Plaseco Enterprises, reshipping charges will have to borne by the customer and such orders will not be cancelled under any circumstances.
9. If the Products were delivered to you and the order has been approved to be cancelled:

• You must return the Products to us as soon as reasonably practicable and, in any event within 7 days of your cancellation notification.
• Unless the Products are not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us.
• You have a legal obligation to keep the Products in your possession and to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
• Please ensure all Products are fully inspected as soon as you have received them.
• You must notify us by email with few photographs of any damage to the Products within the same day of receiving your Products. During delivery, we advise you inspect all Products prior to signing for them. Failing to do so may result in any request for a replacement/refund being denied.
• In addition, you must notify us by email of any damage to, or faults with, the Products, prior to the Products being fitted/fixed and/or used (this includes but it is not limited to being fitted to a surface with screws, tapes or other adhesives).

Virginplastics.com Refund Policy

1. On the acceptance of cancellation request by Vertex Plaseco Enterprises, the refund shall be processed by Vertex Plaseco Enterprises after deduction of refund processing charges and administration charges, per order, as mentioned below:

2. The Standard Refund time frame shall be 5-7 Business/Working Days from the date of 'Acceptance of Cancellation of Order' confirmation received by you.

3. The processed refund shall directly be credited to the source payment mode/bank made by you at the time of placing the Order.

Note: Vertex Plaseco Enterprises reserves the right to amend, modify, delete or add any such terms under the Cancellation and/or Refund policy at any time, which shall also apply to the Orders previously placed by you.
